Our Grand Haven service center is fully staffed with technicians eager to answer your questions and get to work on solving whatever problems you may be facing. Simply schedule a pick-up for your Desktop or Laptop and let us handle the rest. With turn-around times generally inside of 24 hours, you’ll be back up and running in no time!
Pick Up and Delivery: $20
In-Shop Diagnostic: FREE!
In-Shop Service: $45 per dedicated hour (Most repairs are 2-3 hours billable)
On-Site Support
With On-site service, a technician can visit your home or business to personally handle your issues. You’ll be able to avoid any heavy-lifting or hassles with cabling and connections. From full network roll-outs, to virus removal, to server repair, On-Site does it all! On-Site covers the Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Ferrisburg, Muskegon, and Holland communities. Services may be available in other areas, please call to verify eligibility.
On-Site Service: $75 per hour ($45 Minimum Charge)
Remote Support
